PLYMOUTH MTNG, Pennsylvania Administrative Assistant

We are recruiting on behalf of a preferred client for an Administrative Assistant with experience in a medical/ healthcare facility. The Administrative Assistant will be expected to supply timely and effective administrative support services. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and additional office-related tasks. This will be an on-site position located in Plymouth Meeting, PA,

Key Functions:

  • Monitor office operations
  • Perform typing and other clerical duties
  • Receive incoming telephone calls for the organization, obtain the caller’s name and forward it to the appropriate person or department, and/or take a message
  • Greets clients and visitors and directs them to either the conference room or patient room
  • Serves as the go-to for office inquiries and conflicts
  • Answer minor inquiries for the general public
  • Assist in the planning and execution of company events and holiday parties
  • Schedules appointments and meetings
  • Receives or sends out messenger/courier items
  • Tracks that office supplies are replenished throughout the office
  • Ensures all scanners, printers, mail machines, faxes and telephones are in working order Manage and distribute all incoming faxes

  • Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to use independent judgment and discretion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations, including HIPAA, OSHA, and other compliance programs


  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in phone triage and customer service
