We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Innovation Manager to drive creative excellence in brand development, consumer engagement, and market expansion.
Position Overview:
As the Brand Innovation Manager, you will be at the forefront of our brand’s evolution, ensuring that products remain relevant and captivating in a competitive market. Your strategic mindset, combined with your experience in CPG brands and trade marketing, will play a pivotal role in shaping the future brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative brand strategies that resonate with consumers and drive growth.
- Analyze syndicated data and conduct business analytics to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
- Utilize your expertise in Trade Marketing to optimize promotional campaigns and partnerships that maximize brand visibility and sales.
- Lead the development of captivating consumer experiences, ensuring consistent brand messaging across various touchpoints.
- Champion creative brainstorming sessions and product ideation, aligning new concepts with brand values and market demands.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to oversee the creation of compelling marketing materials, packaging, and branding assets.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three to five (5) years of progressive experience in brand management, including internships or relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience with CPG (consumer packaged goods) brand development is a MUST.
- Proven expertise in Trade Marketing, with a track record of successful campaign execution and partnership management.
- Experience in syndicated data analysis and business analytics to drive informed decision-making.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
