Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ prosthetic and orthotic needs, considering their medical history, lifestyle, and individual requirements.
  • Design and fabricate customized prosthetic and orthotic devices tailored to each patient’s unique anatomy and functional goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care, fostering a holistic approach to rehabilitation.
  • Provide expert consultations and education to patients and their families, guiding them through the selection, fitting, and usage of prosthetic and orthotic devices.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
  • Stay abreast of industry advancements and best practices through ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
  • Contribute to the mission and goals of our client’s nonprofit organization, actively participating in community outreach programs and initiatives to promote awareness and access to prosthetic and orthotic services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in prosthetic and orthotic assessment, design, and fabrication.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving the lives of individuals through prosthetic and orthotic solutions.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to learn and eventually take over the office as a Clinic Manager.
