Fort Worth, Texas Customer Service Manager

The Newell Group is assisting a $500M nationwide manufacturing firm as they search for their next Customer Service/Relations/Experience Manager for the Region around Ft. Worth/Waco vicinity.

 

The Customer Relations/Experience Manager will work and liaison with internal and external customers in this region to ensure relationship success. Relocation assistance is provided for non-local candidates.

 

The role is not an on-site position but you will visit 6 plants on a regular basis in this region located in Ft. Worth, Belton, Bonham, Athens, Waco, and Sulphur Springs, Texas. Mileage reimbursement applies.

 

This person will be entrusted with:

  • Building relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Support sustainable growth and brand loyalty
  • Identify opportunities for improving services, business processes, product loyalty
  • Work closely with manufacturing sites and address opportunities in product quality, availability
  • Be the bridge between the manufacturing & supply group to building sites
