Desktop Support Analyst


The Desktop Support Analyst is responsible for providing reliable, accurate, well-researched and technical knowledge, deploying newly approved devices and resolving day to day technical issues. Utilizes strong understanding of desktop devices, software, and procedures to advise and assist in the approval and deployment process. Provides support to internal end users, working directly with onsite staff to insure the timely installation and support of the desktop environment. Coordinates the purchasing of desktop devices, software, licensing, and maintenance associated with these devices. Serves to coordinate the installation of desktop devices including but not limited to computers, printers, scanners, software and all associated peripherals. Maintains Support Center technical documentation and additionally prepares and analyzes statistical reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of desktop support/pc technician/IT support experience
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of network concepts and applications; especially as it relates to MS Windows 10/11
  • Windows Server experience
  • Use and implementation of Dell/HP/Lenovo/Printer/Peripheral hardware and software
