Title: Full Charge Book-keeper

Location: S. Brooklyn, NY, NY 

Salary: 75K-100K DOE 


We are seeking a full charge bookkeeper at a real estate company that will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and records of the business. This includes tasks such as:


  1. Recording and maintaining accurate financial data in accounting software.
  2. Reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow on a daily basis.
  3. Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  4. Preparing and submitting payroll, including tax filings and compliance.
  5. Generating financial reports for management and stakeholders.
  6. Managing general ledger entries and ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
  7. Monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
  8. Coordinating with external auditors during annual audits.
  9. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.


Additionally, a full charge bookkeeper may be responsible for other administrative tasks related to financial operations within the real estate company. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant accounting software. Effective communication and organizational skills are also important for liaising with various investors.
