We are seeking a full charge bookkeeper at a real estate company that will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and records of the business. This includes tasks such as:
- Recording and maintaining accurate financial data in accounting software.
- Reconciling bank statements and monitoring cash flow on a daily basis.
- Overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Preparing and submitting payroll, including tax filings and compliance.
- Generating financial reports for management and stakeholders.
- Managing general ledger entries and ensuring accuracy in financial statements.
- Monitoring and managing budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts.
- Coordinating with external auditors during annual audits.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Additionally, a full charge bookkeeper may be responsible for other administrative tasks related to financial operations within the real estate company. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant accounting software. Effective communication and organizational skills are also important for liaising with various investors.
