Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Bennettsville, SC (On-site) 

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 per year

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Bennettsville, SC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and administering human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and controlling all activities within the department. This position requires a candidate with strong knowledge and skills in HR management, compensation programs, personnel policies, and affirmative action programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
  • Plan, organize, and control all activities of the department, participating in the development of department goals, objectives, and systems.
  • Implement and annually update the compensation program, including rewriting job descriptions as necessary and conducting salary surveys.
  • Develop, recommend, and implement personnel policies and procedures, maintaining a handbook on policies and procedures.
  • Perform benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and annual policy re-evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain an affirmative action program, filing EEO-1 annually and ensuring compliance with EEO regulations.
  • Conduct recruitment efforts for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees, including new-employee orientations.
  • Monitor career pathing programs, employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling, and exit interviews.
  • Establish and maintain department records and reports, including company organization charts and employee directories.
  • Evaluate department reports, decisions, and results in relation to established goals, recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures for continual improvement.
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other relevant meetings and seminars.
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Equivalent to an appropriate four-year college program.
  • Responsible for center-wide human resources planning and development.
  • Provides functional guidance for administrative support needs.

Education and Work Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree (preferred) and [additional qualifications/experience as necessary].
