Durham, North Carolina Nursery Branch Manager

The Newell Group is recruiting for the manager of a thriving Nursery Business located in Durham, NC

We’re seeking candidates with a passion for horticulture, and leadership and operations experience.

 

This role works with area leadership to meet or exceed goals in revenue, customer satisfaction, and associate success.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Train and coach all associates in customer value best practices.
  • Thoroughly understand and translate company operating and financial data and be able to quickly identify business trends and determine root causes. 
  • Set effective goals and monitor key performance metrics.

Skills

  • High School or equivalent required
