Charleston, South Carolina Omnichannel B2B Marketing and Education Specialist

The Newell Group is recruiting on behalf of a preferred client for Several Regional Customer Experience Specialist positions in the US South

 We’re looking to visit with candidates with 1-2 years in B2B sales or fulfillment.

 

Digital skills (demonstrating product/ordering process on tablet, guiding customer through company ordering process) are a must.

 

Digital/eCommerce background is a plus

 

This person’s responsibilities will include:

 

Training associates on website and app, collecting feedback to drive updates and improvements.

 

Demonstrating website and app at retail locations, on customer visits, at conferences and other venues Increase “brick and mortar” customer engagement with company website and apps.

 

Visit with customers to gather feedback on e-commerce experience and share this with product development team
