Responsibilities:
- 3D Printing Expertise: Utilize 3D printing technology to design, fabricate, and customize orthotic and prosthetic devices, ensuring precision and quality in every aspect of the process.
- Patient-Centric Approach: Collaborate with our clinical team to understand the unique needs and requirements of each patient. Translate these requirements into 3D-printed solutions that enhance mobility and comfort.
- Quality Control: Ensure the highest standards of quality and fit for all 3D-printed orthotic and prosthetic devices. Perform rigorous testing and quality control checks to meet or exceed industry standards.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and maintain 3D printing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Address any technical issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of design specifications, materials used, and production processes for all 3D-printed devices.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with advancements in 3D printing technology and orthotics/prosthetics to incorporate innovative solutions into our practice.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and expertise in 3D printing technology, particularly related to orthotics and prosthetics.
- Knowledge of CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for device design.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
