Fort Worth, Texas Plant General Manager

Our client is an up-and-coming global brand within the skincare and nutraceutical market that is expanding its footprint within the United States.  They are currently experiencing double-digit growth and are anticipating tripling the size of the company over the next few years.    

Due to this success, they are looking for a Plant General Manager to oversee their production facility near Fort Worth, TX.

This facility will also be undergoing another expansion to add additional production lines. 

In this role, you will oversee all Plant functions which will include Production, Supply Chain, Quality, HR, and Finance/Accounting.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years experience as a Plant Manager/General Manager/Director of Operations
• Greenfield or start-up experience 
• experience in the nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industries
• experience helping an organization scale manufacturing
