The Newell Group, a successful and established executive recruiting firm, is seeking an experienced, results-oriented individual for a Recruiter position at our Greenville, South Carolina office. This individual will provide valuable insight to our candidates who are looking to advance their careers. We are searching for a motivated professional with a proactive work ethic who can effectively uncover passive candidates to meet the needs of our clients. Experience in recruiting is preferred, although relevant industry or B2B sales experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
Our recruiters are responsible for identifying quality candidates for job openings in a timely manner. As a member of our team, the Recruiter is responsible for understanding the industry, the position qualifications and the titles of people working within the assigned industry. A successful recruiter builds robust relationships within the industry that also enhances our brand awareness. The Recruiter should:

Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews

Serve as the contact person for questions from candidates
Qualifications
Skills necessary to be a successful recruiter revolve around communication and data management. The ideal candidate for this position must be proficient in utilizing the Internet and databases.
