Regional Facilities Director-US Southeast

This person will lead a team of 8 district facilities managers throughout the Southeast to maintain approximately 800 retail locations to the highest standards, providing a great customer experience.

We’re looking to speak with candidates with strong facilities experience including 5+ years experience as a district facilities leader (100+) locations or experience managing multiple district facilities managers for a total of 200+ locations.

Vendor Management experience is a must.   

Knowledge of building envelope maintenance is important but NOT as important as strong communication skills, a desire to serve and support the RVP, VP-Facilities and District Facilities Managers as they strive to provide amazing service and facilities for their teams and clients.
