The Newell Group is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly-growing, privately-held, multi-state retailer as it seeks its next VP of Human Resources.

The company currently has around 500 employees at 350 locations and has recently secured funding for a ~$1B expansion project.

The VPHR will manage a team of ten HR generalists focused mainly on payroll and benefits. The Learning and Development team currently reports to the COO, but that may change in the near future.

This is a 5 day a week in-office role in a recently-acquired Class A corporate HQ facility in Palm Beach County FL. The company is firmly committed to an in-person leadership team and is not currently considering remote or hybrid candidates.

The role comes with a competitive base,  20% bonus, 401k with match and Medical, dental and vision coverages. Relocation assistance to South Florida is also possible for the right candidate.
