Alex joined The Newell Group in 2016 to head up the Medical Device/Pharmaceutical/Biotech Division.  He excels at humanizing the client company & mission, their people, managers & executives, and projects & challenges – telling a targeted story in the talent marketplace – and this gets the attention of top individuals that otherwise would not have been revealed.  Alex brings the best people to the table for engineering, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, and IT positions for FDA-regulated companies. His approach involves gaining a deep understanding of his clients’ needs and utilizing Agile project management principles to run the search.  Alex is a strong believer in creating and fostering long-term business relationships and acting as a vested partner with all clients. His goal is to provide an unparalleled level of service for every company who works with him.

Before he became a talent advisor, Alex had a long career in engineering and operations. He also has experience consulting for a myriad of industries including manufacturing, healthcare and various service industries.  Alex earned both his Engineering degree and MBA from three-time NCAA football national champion, Clemson University.  Alex and his wife Simone are proud parents to their daughter, Iris. Alex calls Iris one of his best friends, and she says, “Daddy’s really good at playing Barbies.”
