About the Opportunity
As a Certified Prosthetist & Orthotist (CPO), you’ll play a vital role in assessing patient needs, creating custom devices, and providing expert care throughout the patient journey. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to determine prosthetic and orthotic needs and goals.
- Design, fit, adjust, and optimize prosthetic limbs and orthotic devices for comfort, function, and performance.
- Educate patients and their families on device usage, care, and long‑term success.
- Collaborate with the clinical care team to coordinate holistic and patient‑centered treatment plans.
- Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with clinical standards.
- Provide leadership within the clinical team and participate in strategic planning that supports practice goals.
Qualifications
- Current Board Certification by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics & Prosthetics (ABC) as a CPO.
- Licensure eligibility or ability to obtain and maintain licensure in the State of Arkansas.
- Strong understanding of prosthetic and orthotic device fabrication and clinical process.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for patient care and outcomes.
- Ability to adapt to evolving technology and techniques in O&P care.
